Association Advisors New Jersey is proud to be offering Board Members an educational seminar on meeting protocols to assure meetings run smoothly – like a “Board Room” not a “War Room”. Leading industry professionals will be sharing their knowledge on topics such as meeting conduct, legal do’s and don’ts at open meetings and Board Member responsibilities. Other pertinent topics include: decision making and restrictions as well as maintenance, risk management and engineering issues.
This highly successful seminar is being offered free of charge to Association Board Members on September 20, 2016 at the Chart House, Pier D-T Lincoln Harbor, Weekhawken, NJ. Refreshments and Hors D’oeuvres will be served at 6:00 pm. The seminar commences at 6:30 pm. Reservations are necessary, as seating is limited.
